SUBMISSIONS
The Film Festival of Colorado (TFFOC) invites you to take a closer look at we work and play, how we learn and grow, how we approach life and love during a time of transition.

What motivates you? What do you find exciting about today a nd the days to come? Are you itching to show the world who you are and why you are here? Is there a deeper message you wish to present on the large screen? If so, submit your work to TFFOC!

 * You must be under 23 as of May 20, 2010.
 ** You must reside in Colorado or have produced the film in Colorado



GENERAL RULES

Entries must be submitted via Withoutabox (WAB).

FIRST: Via WAB
  • Register and qualify your project via WAB.
  • Once you have completed the WAB inputs and qualified your submittal, you will get a tracking I.D. Be sure to note this tracking I.D. on ALL material sent directly to TFFOC. WAB will identify items that need to be sent directly to TFFOC and will provide the shipping address and instructions.

SECOND: Direct to the TFFOC

  • 3 copies of the submission (to the PO. box provided) *
  • Digital photo to represent the film (to the email provided) **
  • Any additional press information and/or photo stills you'd like to provide (via mail or email)

* Submissions will not be returned under any circumstances.
 ** The photo should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and maximum of 600 dpi. The size should not exceed 3" x 3".

THIRD:
Acknowledgement of Entry
Once you have completed both the WAB and TFFOC submissions, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of entry.
ADDITIONALLY: Submissions must meet ALL eligibility and submission requirements to be considered for the TFFOC.

  • Once your film is accepted by TFFOC and entered into our film guide, there will be no cancellation of screenings!
  • No submitted materials nor monies will be returned for any reason.
  • Finalists will be selected based on judging criteria and festival philosophy.
  • The submitter grants to The Film Festival of Colorado (TFFOC) the right to utilize excerpts from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Festival for promotional purposes.
  • The submitter hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
  • The submitter retains copyrights to its submissions. It grants to the TFFOC and its assignees and affiliates a royalty-free license to share the submissions, such rights granted from the time of the submission through the duration of the TFFOC and two years thereafter.
  • The submitter indemnifies and holds harmless TFFOC, its directors, and its sponsors, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
